The 2GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 990 CPU, which has four cores clocked at 2GHz, two cores clocked at 2.5GHz, and two cores clocked at 2.73GHz, powers the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. There are 12GB of RAM included. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is powered by a non-removable 5000mAh battery and runs Android 10. Both proprietary fast charging and wireless charging are supported by the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.
